All PhD students, regardless of funding source, are required to develop their IDP. This plan will facilitate the mentoring and training of graduate students by OUHSC faculty members and promote the training of graduate students to perform hypothesis driven research and to identify and achieve career goals.
This process will facilitate the successful completion of a graduate degree in a timely manner, and encourage faculty major advisors to document student progress and outcomes.
